Welcome to your home away from home in beautiful Napili Bay, a thoughtfully appointed island retreat designed for comfort, convenience, and relaxation. Because this condo is also enjoyed by its owners throughout the year, it has been carefully equipped with the amenities and personal touches needed to make both short vacations and extended stays comfortable and enjoyable. The spacious primary bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed, bedside tables, and a relaxing atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a day spent exploring Maui's beaches and natural beauty. For added comfort during warmer summer evenings, the bedroom is equipped with a portable air conditioning unit. Thanks to the solid concrete construction of the building, the condo naturally remains cool for much of the year, particularly during the winter months when the refreshing trade winds provide comfortable temperatures throughout the day and night. Additional cooling is provided by ceiling fans located throughout the condo, as well as a portable fan that can be positioned wherever extra airflow is desired. Together, these features create a comfortable and inviting environment year-round. The open-concept living area is designed for both relaxation and functionality. A comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa with a real mattress provides additional sleeping accommodations, making the condo ideal for couples, small families, or additional guests. Neighborhood

Two beaches are just a few minutes straight down the street from our condo. We have two beautiful bays in close proximity. Honokeana Bay Beach and the world-famous Napili Bay Beach with lots of turtles swimming right beside you. According to gps apps, it's a 4-minute walk (0.3 miles) to get to Honokeana Bay beach and just about a 7-minute walk to get to Napili Bay beach. Free reserved and dedicated parking on-site.

Other things to note

The Napili Ridge community is diligent to comply with current travel regulations and guidelines. Furthermore, please be advised that our bookings are at least one day apart to provide the CDC recommended timeframes for cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfection. We also strictly implemented all Covid-19 cleaning guidelines and protocols provided by Airbnb and the CDC. This property is professionally managed by 808 Maui Vacation Rentals, an associated division of Keller Williams Realty Maui - License RB-21851. Our on-island team will provide a complimentary basic starter set of home amenities like dish detergent and pods, laundry detergent, and paper kitchen towels, in addition to a bathroom starter kit containing a set of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, soap massage bars and toilet paper. Please consider that our amenities are only starter kits and are not meant to last for the entire length of multi-day stays. Please consider shopping for your preferred amenities for an extended stay after you have settled in. We do provide beach chairs, beach towels, sun umbrellas, boogie boards, and coolers for your stay. We have a specific allocation of those beach items for each unit; additional beach items can be rented from nearby beach rental shops or delivery services. A roll-in bed can be reserved upon request for an additional surcharge. Our reservations hotline is available to all 808 Maui Vacation Rentals guests during our regular office hours and at nighttime to assist with late-evening check-ins upon request.

House Rules

Please always lock the front door and make sure that all windows and sliding doors are secured before leaving the unit. Absolutely no smoking inside and outside of the unit. This is a smoke-free community. Smoking is only allowed in dedicated areas.
